About Me
I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in mental health. I combine professional training with lived experience of neurodiversity to offer therapy that truly understands your world.

Who I Work With

My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore practical ways of making meaningful changes while developing a deeper understanding of yourself.

Appointments
Sessions last 55 minutes and are available online or in-person in Keynsham. Evening sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session costs £100
Welcome
Hi, I’m Jen. I’m a CBT therapist and a mum of two boys. Both of my children are neurodiverse — one with ASD and the other with ADHD. Walking alongside them through assessments, diagnoses, school meetings, benefit applications, and everyday life has been enlightening, rewarding, and at times, incredibly tough.
During this journey, I also recognised many of the same traits in myself. I went through an assessment and was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. That experience reshaped how I see myself, and how I work as a therapist.
I know firsthand that while therapy can be helpful, it often feels different when the therapist “gets it” — when they truly understand the lived realities of raising neurodiverse children, or of being neurodiverse yourself. My approach combines professional training with lived experience, so you don’t have to waste time explaining the basics — we can focus on what matters to you.
